Mersey Heating And Air Conditioning

We went to Costco services looking for a quote for a new Lennox heating and cooling system, since ours was starting to fail. A rep from Mersey came to the house to take a look and provide us with a quote, and it was arranged very quickly. Ultimately we decided to go with Mersey/Costco because of the guarantees and the rebate.

The work was arranged quickly and the staff who came to the house were friendly and knowledgeable. Our sales agent, Derek, also did a great job following up and ensuring we got everything that was part of our package.

Logan the technician came today to install our Wifi thermostat and he stayed to ensure that everything was working properly as well as walked me through the setup and the phone app.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly and accommodating.

Five star to Miguel and Ben who install my new air conditioning. Im very picky whenever a technician installing a new appliance in my house. Both Miguel and Ben are very meticulous and precise in doing their job. They made sure that everything are done right.

Very friendly staff, both over the phone and in person. We had a bit of a communication break down to start but they resolved the issue and were very helpful, professional and efficient. I recommended email them a photo of your water heater so they can identity the type and make themselves.

Mersey Heating and Air Conditioning send over a young gent, Omar, to service my HVAC system. He was friendly and professional; he took the time to explain what he was checking and what acceptable levels he was looking for. He answered all my questions, and that made me a better informed homeowner. I would recommend this company, and would gladly invite Omar back to service our system again.

Omar came to service our A/C today. He was very professional with his work. He gave me a couple of tips on how to make the A/C run more efficiently. Great job Omar!

I have been using Mersey for years now for our bungalow and they have always been efficient and knowledgeable. Today John and Sam came , and as always gave us exceptional services. They also answered all our questions.

Sept 30/21 - Today had my annual service of my furnace. Miguel D. came from Mersey. He was very thorough and explained what needed to be done in the future to maintain all my equipment, as well as going over what can be repaired or serviced in the near term. I am so impressed
with him and with Mersey. They are the best!

I have used Mersey to maintain my home's hearing and air conditioning for many years. Today Omar Q came for an air conditioning service call and went above and beyond to diagnose and advise me on how to deal with a problem with my air conditioner which was installed only 2 years ago by another company.

Ashroff came to my house to fix my air-conditioning after it stopped working on the hottest day of the year. Within 20 minutes he got it to work and now my house is the perfect temperature!

I Called this company on May 3rd- as i had a no heat issue.
They should have been familiar with the product, as it was the same one that they overcharged me for in the middle of the winter in 2018,
Person came by did work ( and not following proper covid safety ) spilling gas while working with out a mask on)
Said it is an Enbridge gas issue- left me a bill ( no invoice number no hst number , as required by law etc. I called enbridge, they replaced the outside meter, however red flagged the furnace as the mersey employee , spilled gas all over by the furnace- posing a great risk to myself, and the household.
I called Mersey- and was promised this would be resolved next day with

an 8 am appointment, another misleading statement, as the person actually showed up approx 1 hour late
the employee cleaned up the mess, and hopefully did not do any further damage to the existing furnace
There guarantees- on the back of there work orders are meaningless
and they do not stand behind the quality, errors and omissions of employees etc
Management team is no better- They dont care to adress problems just pass the buck- I was basically told , you are lucky we didnt charge for the 2nd service call- to clear up errors that our employee , didnt follow procedure and almost destroyed the existing furnace

First time maintenance on home air conditioner. Nick from Mersey arrived on time, very professional and friendly. Unit had been installed by a different company. Nick advised of air leaks and repaired them. Also noted that there may have been some water previously leaking and advised us to watch if leaking when AC on. Very helpful! Definitely recommend Mersey and Nick.
