Rocky was great, he was polite, knowledgeable and very professional! He helped us determine some potential issues with our air flow and why our basement os so cold compared to the rest of the house.

Mersey called to have my air conditioner inspected after one year of installation. This was to ensure that the unit was performing as it was to be. I requested Nick to come out as I had used him previously. He was truly polite and courteous and addressed all of my concerns with great patience. He performed a thorough and complete check of the unit paying attention to all detail as I requested. He also followed proper covid-19 protocols respecting my home. Nick really is top drawer and I will be requesting him once again in the future.

Mersey has been our service provider for 11 years. Every technician who has been here has been personable, polite and patient in answering questions. This year Jay Lee continued the wonderful service we have received over the years.I would highly recommend Mersey. The charge was for an additional cleaning since we have a service plan for the other furnaces.

Omar and Devereaux from Mersey heating and air conditioning did a very thorough check of our heating and air conditioning systems. When they found a potential problem, they recommended checking to see if it was under warranty and if not, they told me the cost to fix it with Mersey. I appreciate them not pushing to use them to fix it until we checked the warranty, nice not to have a pressured sales pitch and to deal with honest technicians!

Z. Zhao, O'Neil and Bin were the professional service men. This team was efficient, courteous and patient in explaining the procedure for replacing an old A/C unit and the benefits of doing so.
My flooring and carpeting were covered for protection and there was a total clean-up of all work areas.
I got a service call the day after I called in and a new unit the day after.
To top it off, they were very friendly and chatty with my young grandchildren.

For construction purpose, the gas supply was shut off outside my house. Enbridge was called to restore the gas supply afterwards and a gas meter was upgraded with a new regulator. But then gas pressure couldn't reach the required level due to faulty valves at the gas pipes. A technician from Mersey was called upon to check and fix the problem. The gas technician did a very good job and everything returned to normal in the shortest time. Thank you!

Nick was the technician who conducted my AC maintenance service and he was professional, thorough and pleasant. He answered all my questions patiently and gave me a number of pointers on how to take care of my AC, humidifier and furnace. I have been very fortunate to have dealt with some good technicians from Mersey and Nick is definitely one of the best. I will be sure to request specifically for Nick in the future.

Our AC unit developed a very loud humming noise. The technician from Mersey, Omar, arrived and was able to troubleshoot and fix (replaced the contactor). The AC was still under warranty. Prompt and efficient service. Thank you very much!

0n Wednesday Sept 29 , my yearly furnace maintenance was done the 2 providers were respectfully, took time doing a thorough job. Explained what needed to be done and afterwords what was done. Efficient and tidy in their work. Very pleased. Thank you
