kitchen counter and backsplash
Although Bill is a friendly enough guy, his work does not stand the test of time. After a horrible job the first time around (the tiles were all crooked and uneven) he came back and installed a second set (meaning I ate the cost of the first set of tiles and grout and had to buy a second set). These look a bit better (still uneven if you turn on the behind the sink light...I try not to)but several were cracked during installation and left that way and the grout has now (less than 6 months after the job was completed) cracked in several places. The end piece of the kitchen counter is peeling away from the counter itself. All in all, not very happy with the job.

sorry things didn't work out
This customer chose low end materials and was shown the defects in the factory sheets of tiny tiles and was unhappy with the finished look. I volunteered to go back and install new tile of her choosing as the first set she was unhappy with anyway. Peeling countertop edging is an iron on trim from the factory. If it was peeling it is easily re-glued. There was never a call to go look or any contact made by this client affording the opportunity to go remedy the situation.
