Let me start off by saying, I was sent a preparation email after I booked the appointment...Detailing how to prep my kitchen for the treatment, what to expect during and after the treatment...which I found very helpful.

My appointment was booked for 2PM and the technician arrived exactly on time.

The technician was patient and very knowledgeable in answering all my questions, well he surveyed my kitchen before starting the treatment.

He spent an extra 15 minutes after the treatment...explaining which three cockroaches are the most likely to be found in the home/ where they are typically found and how to prevent future investigations.

It's been 2 months now & I haven't seen a single cockroach...thx Mr. Parsons & the GreenLeaf team.

I would highly recommend them for any pest control issue, they are very punctual, knowledgeable and thorough...all the way from office to the technician arriving at your home.

Spoke with Sandy on the phone and explained that a client of mine had some sort of rodent living in the attic of their house. We went over some details, and Daniel showed up to deal with the problem.
The issue was handled in a timely fashion, and done very professionally. I would recommend Greenleaf to everyone. More businesses should be ran the way Greenleaf Pest Control is!

Thanks to Green Leaf Pest Control my home is now mouse free. Daniel came in and showed me exactly where the mice were getting food and moving through out the house. He explained to me the habits that mice have and how he was going to fix the problem. He did and inspection of the interior and exterior of the house and patched some holes where he believed the mice may be moving through. Next Daniel set up snap traps in boxes so my kids and dog could not touch them. He showed me all the places he put the traps and assured me the problem would be fixed soon. Just as he told me, the problem was fixed in only a month. Over all I am extremely happy with the friendly service I received and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get rid of pests in their home.

Had a bee issue at a rental property, and was recommended through a friend to call GreenLeaf Pest Control, glad I did their customer service and knowledge of the problem was beyond what I expected. Friendly service and on time were added bonuses to the deal, we have dealt with others in the past who were unreliable and made multiple trips to handle the same issue, we will only use GreenLeaf for any pest issues we have at our properties now.

Thank you Daniel from GreenLeaf Pest control for fixing my problem with carpenter ants in my basement apartment.Daniel and his crew showed up at my house on time, and got rid of the ants within 2 short service calls. Totally worth the money.

I sprayed a nest in my back yard 3-4 times and the wasps seemed to multiply. I spoke to Daniel and he explained that they are yellow jackets and the nest is likely deep in the wall where the spray can't reach. GreenLeaf used a very small amount of powder "target treatment" in specific areas to target the nest. It was really amazing to see; they treated and the next morning my wasps were gone.

I had found a bug in my condo and called Green Leaf. They were going to charge $125 for a service call to identify the bug and provide a solution. The customer service rep on the phone said if I emailed him a picture it would be free. I like free!
I took and picture and emailed it. Within an hour he responded with the diagnosis. We chatted about the solution and he told me that the condo building likely has a pest control contract and it would be free. I knew he hated to lose the sale but I did sincerely appreciate the honesty. He was right about the condo management having and existing contact!
I didn't get to see these guys in action but they were fast, professional and provide great advice. I would 100% recommend them based on my experience.

We are a small vet clinic and needed to catch some Farrell cats to conduct a spay and neuter program. I called GreenLeaf and Sandy immediately committed to lending us 10 live traps and bite proof gloves for our team. This program would not be possible without people like GreenLeaf. Thanks gang

I would never recommend this company. There was a miscommunication over what our money was supposed to cover. My discussion with the sales associate was appalling. I was constantly interrupted, I was blamed for the miscommunication and she eventually began yelling and making personal attacks at me claiming that I was a selfish person who would only listen to things I want to hear and that I only want things my way. I am speechless to say the least that a customer service representative could treat me this way over a miscommunication. Unbelievable.
