I contacted Miele customer service to deal with a problem we had with the steam oven. it gave us an error which required a technician involvement. The oven is still under warranty. The earlier appointment i was able to get was in three weeks which i gladly took knowing how challenging these days are in the labour market. They mentioned that a day earlier, i will receive a call confirming at what time the technician is coming. i never received this call so i took a day off from work just to make sure i get this problem solved. No one came on the appointment day. No one called on the appointment day or after.
I called them today to follow up. the earliest appointment is in three weeks.
If there is less than one star, i would use it to rate such a low service level. What a shame. how can a company with this quality and price range accept such a low level of customer service.
