I contacted Miele customer service to deal with a problem we had with the steam oven. it gave us an error which required a technician involvement. The oven is still under warranty. The earlier appointment i was able to get was in three weeks which i gladly took knowing how challenging these days are in the labour market. They mentioned that a day earlier, i will receive a call confirming at what time the technician is coming. i never received this call so i took a day off from work just to make sure i get this problem solved. No one came on the appointment day. No one called on the appointment day or after. I called them today to follow up. the earliest appointment is in three weeks. If there is less than one star, i would use it to rate such a low service level. What a shame. how can a company with this quality and price range accept such a low level of customer service.

My first impression with the moving personal was excellent and very pleasant. The guys were very experienced and perfectly did their job. My problem is with GCVL management and logistics planning. 10 days after the shipment was collected, I received a call in the evening telling me that they will deliver next day early morning. I was told originally that I will be given a notice a couple of days in advance but that didn't happen. As I couldn't receive the shipment, they unloaded it into a local storage and till date, they didn't deliver (2o days). It seems they subcontracted the delivery to a third party and no one knows when and in what conditions it will be delivered. Planning and communicating with your customer is an essential part of any service based business and GCVL failed to provide the service they promised and for that reason, I rated their business low. My advise to future customers, find a cost effective moving company and spend your savings on properly wrapping your stuff. Paying a premium for a better rate company may not guarantee a better service or a pleasant experience.

My advise to future customers, find a cost effective moving company and spend your savings on properly wrapping your stuff. Paying a premium for a better rate company may not guarantee a better service or a pleasant experience.
