LT Renovation and Home (????)

Had our full home, excluding basement finished. Less than a year later, the upstairs tub had a leak and water penetrated drywall and ceiling from main floor. They fixed the problem, but left the dry wall patches unfinished and never followed up to complete it. Year later noticed a stain forming below again, had to hire a new plumber to diagnose as the leak was coming from tub again, the seal on the drain pipe was the issue and apparently was not sealed properly as a professional would do.

Tiles: We have noticed loose tiles forming in main traffic areas, such as the washroom and kitchen over the years. Come to find, the tiles seemed to be spot bonded which apparently is a terrible way and not proper technique which is why the tiles are becoming loose and causing a chain of tiles connected to become loose. We followed up many times with Henry, the owner and he either 1. Ignored our messages or 2. Came up with an excuse on how theyre busy and will get to it at a later month (these proposed times, I patiently waited and followed up. Finally giving up as they clearly do not care).

Beware - you pay for what you get. And clearly short cuts were taken.

They did Terrible job. Everyday 2-3 different people showed on job site. Unprofessional workers. Sometimes they don't show up on job for 1 week and sometimes 7-8 people were working.

He did a horrible job with my washroom, water is leaking to the basement. he gave me 3 years warrenty but has not comeback to fix the leaking. I need his address so I can send him final letter before taking him to court

Good work done when crew took their time. Plumbing and tile seems good. But near the end of the 7 day project, they had to rush to finish everything on time, so the fixtures and shower panels were incorrectly installed. They even promised to come look but after calling them several times, didn't ever come back. In the end, I had to fix the shower panel myself.
