Dan was great, courteous and efficient. He fixed my leaking toilet within half an hour. I am very happy with the result and can now flush to my hearts delight with no worries.

Had a backed up main drain. Brent came on Thursday with camera and power flush and problem solved. Arrived on time, competitive quote and very professional service. Will definitely use again if needed.

We are very pleased with the thorough job on replacing sewer pipes in our basement. The house is old 1865, the pipes worn out. Their assessment and carry through with the work was excellent. Brent was consumer friendly, courteous and completed a clean , well thought through job.

I was connected to Marco Plumbing by Direct Energy because I needed a shower repair. Could not have been more delighted with the outcome. Brent arrived as scheduled and was careful to follow all the protocols required to keep him & me safe. An efficient assessment & I knew what parts were required and had information regarding any additional costs. He was able to assess another minor issue.
On his return visit, accompanied by Dan, they completed the repairs in a timely fashion, leaving the work area as they had found it. Again...both were very careful to follow the safety protocols necessitated by Covid-19.

Multiple leakages in my house (in the kitchen - long tolerated - and in the walking closet of my entrance hallway which made the emergency). Other plumbing co.'s performed some trial and error actions but fixed nothing. My only gain from these visits was the decision to buy a new kitchen faucet for the future.
Your service technician (Trevor) - in the first moment made a "healing impression" on me: He was professional and courteous from the first moment. He was down to matter and explained what he will do and HE JUST DID IT (no hidden project/renovation promotions and talks) just did what I needed. I was very impressed and also happy to find him after a couple of disappointing trials. I highly recommend his work to anyone. Interestingly, after his work, my faith in the profession's local representatives returned and now am thinking of renovation.

A simple DIY repair of a leaky faucet went wrong when a small but important pin fell behind our shower wall. With the water shut off and few options to solve the part problem on a weekend, A Marco Plumbing came through.
We were able to connect with a live person (the actual technician on call) and John arrived within a hour and the issue was resolved within quickly and water restored. John was very friendly and helpful.
