Other plumbing co.'s performed some trial and error actions but fixed nothing. My only gain from these visits was the decision to buy a new kitchen faucet for the future.
Your service technician (Trevor) - in the first moment made a "healing impression" on me: He was professional and courteous from the first moment. He was down to matter and explained what he will do and HE JUST DID IT (no hidden project/renovation promotions and talks) just did what I needed. I was very impressed and also happy to find him after a couple of disappointing trials. I highly recommend his work to anyone. Interestingly, after his work, my faith in the profession's local representatives returned and now am thinking of renovation.
