Pinnacle 1 Decorative Doors

John installed a full door stained glass insert for us and it is beautiful. We are more than satisfied! We weren't sure if we wanted a full length insert but when he showed us the one we picked we decided that was what we wanted.

We had just purchased a resale home and wanted to add some style and privacy to the front entry (double doors with sidelights). I did some research on-line and found Pinnacle 1.
I would highly recommend this company. First of all, the website had a ton of options, but also made it easy to narrow down a short list of design choices. When John came for a home visit, he was very friendly, professional and guided me through the process.
Delivery and installation was quick and clean, done by John himself.
The finished product is beautiful, and we started receiving compliments on the new look of the front doors right away.

John Ball did a great job installing our front entrance glass. He had to cut our door to put in the full length glass as well as installation of two side lights. Everything looks great! We would definitely use Pinnacle 1 again in the future.

I ordered a glass door insert from Pinnacle as I had seen the doors they did at my brother's place and was happy with the product and the service. My experience was positive. There were many options to choose from. When John came to install the door, and after installing it he noticed there was a scratch in the glass. He pointed it out to me and said he'd get a new one made. I appreciated the honesty because had he not said something I probably wouldn't have noticed. He took it out same day and was there with the new one within two days. The install was quick, well done, and I love my new door. I chose an iron work door and it looks fantastic.
