I ordered a glass door insert from Pinnacle as I had seen the doors they did at my brother's place and was happy with the product and the service. My experience was positive. There were many options to choose from. When John came to install the door, and after installing it he noticed there was a scratch in the glass. He pointed it out to me and said he'd get a new one made. I appreciated the honesty because had he not said something I probably wouldn't have noticed. He took it out same day and was there with the new one within two days. The install was quick, well done, and I love my new door. I chose an iron work door and it looks fantastic.
