Mr. Than from Home Improvement Group did an amazing job transforming our old fireplace to a nice looking one, carried out exterior caulking and fixed some issues with our glass enclosure in our main bathroom. We found him to be on time, meticulous in his work and is very creative in providing constructive suggestions. We also found him to be very patient and willing to listen to comments and suggestions.

Les, our project manager, is excellent to work with, provides great advice on how to solve issues and delivered on all of our expectations.

Than arrived promptly at 8:30 am, set up and completed the initial drywall repair. He then fixed a few small things around the house, including a number of door handles, while the drywall compound dried. He then sanded it down before he left. All repairs were done promptly and the work area was covered and cleaned up when done. Very pleased.

Than did power washing for us....he is very thorough. An excellent worker! Great job Than many thanks!

We wanted to get a new kitchen in our house and had a specific layout and cabinets in mind that we wanted to get. The guys from THIG were very professional and would listen to us carefully before coming up with designs and suggestions. After a few weeks of back and forth on our final touches we were ready to go. The team of 3 guys came in and worked for 4 days straight to get us the kitchen of our dreams. Everything went smoothly, the guys cleaned up after themselves and we were left with a great new Kitchen. Thank you guys.

This is a mixed review as the experience started off negative when an inexperienced handy woman was sent to rebuild our stairs. She said she knew what she was doing but after 10hours she had only built the landing- out of plywood! After contacting the company, Sarah was very helpful and went out of her way to book Eric (a carpenter) to finish the job the next day. He was done quickly, and produced a fantastic design we hadn't even thought of and have had many compliments. Thank you for turning around this initial negative experience so professionally!

Very Professional, and accurate on time, budget and always helpful in every single step of this project. We can't believe how fast this was done and the quality of the work was superb! Especially we thank Douglas for being in top of every single detail, making sure everything was impecable! Great job!

Charlie has been a pleasure to work with from the very beginning of our deck project!
