We are very thankful to Jean-Paul and his team. We have new kitchen cabinets, and managed to refinish our old cabinetry. We tried and succeeded in reducing waste by adding to our original layout. Jean-Paul fully understood our Concept. The cabinets finish is flawless. Our space looks brighter and feels bigger. Our en-suite bathroom is quite luxurious. Jean-Paul was instrumental in securing the most professional and efficient staff. He also managed to respect our timeline for completion, and problem solved when needed. In fact, every THIG team member was available and assisted throughout this project. Our sincere thank you!

They removed the wall between kitchen and living room and installed an island with cabinets. It really brightens up the unit. They did the electrical required. In addition they moved cabinet up in bathroom and installed window AC in livingroom.

We had some rooms added including 2 bedrooms, a dining area and 3 closets as well as doorways and paint. They framed, drywalled, painted etc...THIG team were great to work with including Jean Paul. the Project Manager. They did a great job and were fair and reasonable. Thank you team THIG!

We wanted to replace our basement flooring. The Home Improvement Group came to the house and provided suggests. We were looking for a flooring that would not be too cold and easy to care for. We were also looking fast and efficient installation. Taking into consideration cost effective . The company provided helpful suggestions, great work and excellent customer Service.

Needed some work done in my basement. I was charged $700 for an assessment for work in my basement. The assessment wasn’t useful so they agree to refund some of my money.

I have used this company a few times and the first two outcomes were fantastic. True to their name, “Perfect Painters”.
Unfortunately, I got very unlucky with my 3rd paint job b/c I was dispatched a painter from hell. Sloppy, unprofessional, caused damages and made the place look worse than before. After much stress, frustration and numerous calls/texts/emails to the company, I did have the owner step in and try and remedy the situation (shortly after, their project manager started helping out too). The second painter dispatched for corrective work did a fantastic job. Day and night of a difference. PP is still trying to remedy outstanding issue to their best ability. Would I use them again? Maybe. Big maybe, but, there are good and bad trades everywhere and dishonest, shoddy workmanship is to be found even in the best of companies. They are doing their best to help me and I appreciate that very much.

Very honest, reliable and timely. Prices were extremely reasonable as well. I have been trying to get these jobs done for a while (replace 1 fan, repair another and reinstall a drain pipe in a 2 sink vanity) and didn't get anywhere with the estimates I was receiving (either overpriced or very long lead times). The guy was dedicated in his work. Definitely a repeat call for me for any future needs in repairs or renovations.

Tibor came to sand and paint my oak built ins and oak fireplace. He did an amazing job sanding the wood - a labor intensive job, applying the primer and the final coat. It looks fantastic and I am very pleased.

Our pipes were originally pressed up against the outside wall causing our pipes to freeze. Ivan and his team were amazing. They replaced the pipe, sealed any drafts, insulated and re-drywalled the area. His handyman always made sure that the work was exactly what we wanted and suggested creative ways to work with the space. He kept the place clean and even fixed items that was not on the to do list. The work was done on time and was within budget. I would highly recommend Ivan and his team.
