Imran was absolutely amazing. One of the best customer experiences I have had with a company in a long time. He took the time to explain what he was doing and went above and beyond what I expected to make my fireplace look brand new.
I will definitely rely on him for my regular fireplace servicing in the future and would strongly recommend to anyone.

I needed to have a 25 year old gas fireplace cleaned and updated in exterior appearance plus the addition of a remote control for on/off.
Imran took pride in doing a quality job and I was pleased with the result.

Imran was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything about the fireplace. He took the time to explain to us the electronic ignition system we have and gave us options to maintain the life of the fireplace.

The fireplace did not consistently turn on, he cleaned and serviced it and explained to us why changing one part of the electronic system would not guarantee that it will continue to work without issues down the road.

He is very honest and we really appreciate his integrity. We are very happy with his service and is happy to call him again for future service as well as recommend him to our family and friends. Thank you Imran.

I’ve never taken the time to write a review before but I simply had to share my experience with Imran from Gas Fireplace Service and Repairs.
I'm extremely happy with the work Imran did bringing my fireplace back to life. I wish I had taken a before picture to highlight the transformation. I haven’t used the fireplace since moving into my home 9 years ago. Anytime I attempted to turn it on it would fog up and emit a burning smell and the glass was so dirty that I couldn’t see through to the other side. The fireplace is 20 years old and thanks to Imran, it now looks brand new. Imran was very honest, he provided me with several options on how to proceed and the price was fair. It turned out to be a bigger job than initially expected but Imran honoured the quote he originally provided despite the extra time it took to complete the service. He takes pride in his work, doesn’t cut corners and is passionate about making his clients happy.  He meticulously and methodically took apart the entire fireplace to clean and service it and was happy to explain the process as he went along. It’s so refreshing to deal with someone like Imran and I now understand why he has so many rave reviews on HomeStars. I would strongly recommend him to my friends and family and will definitely be calling on him to service my fireplace in the future.

I recently noticed a smell when the gas fireplace was turned on and decided to have it serviced as I couldnt remember how long it had been .I started searching for a company online , and found  GAS FIREPLACE SERVICES AND REPAIRS . The great reviews caught my eye as it often mentioned Imran and how he was excellent in his work......I set up an appt with Imran, who was in fact the owner. Today Imran has completed cleaning and service of my gas fireplace. He came on time and was very professional and courteous .He checked the fireplace and then thoroughly cleaned . Imran was meticulous in his method of cleaning . He also explained to me alot of things I can check for in the future. I highly recommend Imran's company GAS FIREPLACE SERVICES AND REPAIRS. I will be calling only him to service in the coming years as I felt his pricing was fair and I also feel that he is truly dedicated to helping people in his area of expertise. Imran was absolutely wonderful. I recommended him to a girlfriend who had constant issues with her fireplace and paid for service each time which I felt was a red flag. Imran came in and found the issue, was patient and thorough in his diagnosis and explanation and fixed the issue and guarantees his work. She called me and thanked me for recommending him to her and asked me to post a review as he is deserving of the accolades.
Update: 3 weeks later, Imran came back free of charge from the other side of the city at night to look at an issue that was still persisting fixed it and followed up by calling my girlfriend the next day to make sure everything was working. He is an amazing man!!

Imran saved me thousands of dollars when a Gas Fireplace Company service person inspected my units and advised me that my two fireplaces should be replaced as they can’t be repaired. Luckily, I found Imran on HomeStars to get a second opinion and I’m glad I did. He came the day I called him, reviewed the situation and told me that my two fireplaces are fine and needed a few parts and cleaning. The two units work like new today!
