I’ve never taken the time to write a review before but I simply had to share my experience with Imran from Gas Fireplace Service and Repairs.
I'm extremely happy with the work Imran did bringing my fireplace back to life. I wish I had taken a before picture to highlight the transformation. I haven’t used the fireplace since moving into my home 9 years ago. Anytime I attempted to turn it on it would fog up and emit a burning smell and the glass was so dirty that I couldn’t see through to the other side. The fireplace is 20 years old and thanks to Imran, it now looks brand new. Imran was very honest, he provided me with several options on how to proceed and the price was fair. It turned out to be a bigger job than initially expected but Imran honoured the quote he originally provided despite the extra time it took to complete the service. He takes pride in his work, doesn’t cut corners and is passionate about making his clients happy.  He meticulously and methodically took apart the entire fireplace to clean and service it and was happy to explain the process as he went along. It’s so refreshing to deal with someone like Imran and I now understand why he has so many rave reviews on HomeStars. I would strongly recommend him to my friends and family and will definitely be calling on him to service my fireplace in the future.
