have 2 gas fireplaces; one needed cleaning and the other needed a repair. we were told we needed to buy a new insert (very expensive). had Gas fireplace services & repair come in and they found the problem and fixed it!!! excellent service. highly recommend.

Thanks to a visit from Imran a few years ago (when our fireplace was acting up), we knew that our gas fireplace had an outdated mercury switch that would soon stop working entirely and need to be replaced. Once that happened we knew we wanted to have Imran back to do the job. He assured us that he would be able to do the repair which saved us thousands of dollars compared to replacing the entire unit.

Imran is an honest person who works diligently to do the very best job he can for his customers for a reasonable price. In under a week from my first call to him he had come once to inspect the unit and a second time to do the repair. In about 5 hours he had our fireplace working and looking as good as new. Imran is not just an excellent technician who does quality work, but also a wonderful person. You can trust him to do the very best for you.

My gas fireplace is 25 years old and this year the pilot would not stay lit. We bough the house 6 years ago and had never serviced it.
Imran came in and disassembled and showed me the condition - it was terrible. I thought for sure we needed to replace the whole thing. He assured me it was salvageable and that he could update it from it's dated and damaged look. Please see the photos. He took what he needed away and painted and fixed, then cam back in a week to reinstall. See photos. He worked very cleanly (no less at all), was very polite, and easy to talk to. I was very comfortable (as a woman working from home) having him in the house - this is a concern I think most women have!

Imran is a superb and honest licensed technician: I highly recommend him! He did a wonderful job cleaning our inside fireplace and repairing an outdoor fireplace (that hadn’t been used in over 4 years). Imran explained everything and the potential cost. The repair cost less than originally quoted - he was so honest. Will refer my family and friends to him.

Imran came next day to access our 25 year old gas fireplace who would not stay lit for long. He discovered we were missing an old mercury switch that had been removed. These mercury switches were no longer up to code so we needed to rebuild our fireplace. Imran quoted us a great price and quick next day fix to get our fireplace working again. He came as promised and rebuild our entire fireplace in 3 hours. We could not be happier with the end result and saved thousands of having the wall broken up and a new unit installed. I would highly recommend Imran for any gas fire place rebuild or fix. He is a true professional who takes pride in his work.

Our gas fireplace is about 12 years old, and had not been used/serviced in quite a long time. I found Imran's company on homestars, and over the phone he said it was likely a cleaning/lack of regular maintenance.

He came out promptly, and did a great job cleaning the fireplace up that really needed it. Especially the sensors. Highly recommend him, he was very honest and explained why things were not working and got everything perfect for the season. Will definitely be using him for the regular fall maintenance going forward.
