Gas Fireplace Services & Repairs

In the past a private company serviced my gas fireplace annually. Unfortunately, the company closed and I decided to use Direct Energy since I am on their furnace maintenance service. In the past year from the first to recent service I was left with the pilot light going out. This happened again and the one room in my home that is only heated by the gas fireplace was cold after a few hours of the fireplace working, after maintenance. I did some research and found exceptional reviews on Homestars. Imran promptly called me back and was able to fit me into his schedule. He knew exactly what the issue was and cleaned the area that was not even cleaned. Imran is a seasoned expert who is responsible, kind, caring and honest. A Direct Energy serviceman came to service my gas fireplace and red tagged the unit because he could not find the rating plate. I called Imram at Gas Fireplace who came immediately and found the plate in one second, The D.E. man does not know his fireplaces. I cancelled the maintenance plan, needless to say.

I needed someone to repair my Gas Stove Fireplace. After browsing homestars, Imran was the one. I had Imran's number stored on my roller deck of cards from the fireplace company I bought my fireplace from many many years ago, but I thought maybe the number is too old to call. I used Imran three times this week. He was extremely prompt, professional and kind. I just moved into a new house and had no idea how to work my fireplaces. They also needed cleaning and I had broken remote controls. He fixed everything for me and even showed me how to do it myself next time. Three thumbs up for Imran Emamdee from Gas Fireplace Services. Showed up on time, dealt with our dodgy landlord (who didn't want to pay to fix the fireplace), and then Imran fixed our fireplace. Imran is the fireplace Superman! Will use him when buying a house! Call him if you need your fireplace fixed, or if you are buying a property and need the fireplace assessed.
