Gas Fireplace Services & Repairs

I relied on the previous reviews in deciding on this company. They are true and reliable. Imran is prompt, honest and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my fireplace, helped me to understand the problem and fixed it. It is now working non-stop. His price is reasonable too.

Imran came on a Saturday and not only cleaned and fixed the fireplace and the thermostat, but readjusted the entire unit as well as its burner -- something the previous service provider had failed to do, despite the carbon buildup on the glass that indicated a problem. The fire burns beautifully now, the glass is perfectly clear and we've been using the basement TV room more often because it's so inviting. Very conscientious service.

Inram did a great job on our gas fireplace installation. He is very knowledgable, courteous, friendly and we felt very confident with his work. We would highly recommend him to others.

Imran was punctual, attentive, caring and competent. I called him before Christmas and thought I would have to wait until the new year for service, but he got things together and replaced within a week. Lucky for us-- the ice storm hit about 10 days later!! I was completely satisfied- you can tell Imran really cares about the quality of the work he does and wants the customer to be 100% happy.

I called Imran with concerns about two fireplaces in my townhouse. Imran made time to come on one of the coldest days of the year to visit my home and help us out. We had two fireplaces in dire need of cleaning, services and both had serious problems, one would not start at all and the other was billowing black smoke creating a potential hazard.

I can't praise Imran's professionalism and the quality of his work enough. The man is excellent at what he does and exudes a lot of pride in the quality of his work. I would recommend him to all my friends and colleagues and anyone looking for a true insightful professional to assist them.

During the ice storm in Toronto my gas fireplace was not working. It was very cold in my home. Although Imram's day was fully booked with appointments, he came to my home on a moment's notice because he wanted to help people left without heat and hydro due to the storm. Imram was excellent. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my gas fireplace. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and professional. I would like to let everyone know about his wonderful company.

All the reviews are 100% correct. I called Imran after reading these reviews. He came over at the agreed upon time on time and looked at my fireplace. He quickly resovled the issue and also educated me aswell about my fireplace and things I can do to extend the life of it and use it to not only improve its heat distribution but also lower my heating bill! Imran is a great guy, very knowledgable and I will certainly be telling everyone about him.

I searched for Gas Fireplace repairs on the web to clean an orange pilot light and found Imran through this site. I called on a Saturday and he came on the Sunday...so professional, careful, and extremely thorough. One of those exceptional customer service experiences you rarely have these days! Our gas fireplace is now far more enjoyable!

I found Imran on Homestars and I am so glad that I did. Our fireplace was in need of servicing, cleaning and repairing. Imran was accommodating to our schedule and came over on a Sunday (despite the snow). He was very professional, honest and personable. I will most definitely call on Imran for future servicing and highly recommend him.

We have had other people service this fireplace in the past. Nobody did anywhere near as good a job as Imram did today. He is excellent, very professional and reasonably priced. The fireplace never looked better.
