I called Mr. Imran Emamdee on Oct 6 2014 in the morning and by 2:30 pm the same day he arrived just like he said very punctual very polite knowledgeable and honest, my fire place had not worked properly in about 5 years he had it going as good as new in now time at all I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Imran offered great service right for the start with someone getting back to me after I left a message to coming over at the first opportunity to repair my fireplace before the busyness of winter! Imran did an excellent job on maintenance of 3 gas fireplaces. He explained his work, cleaned everything thoroughly and was polite and efficient. He is also punctual and reasonably priced. He deserves his 10 rating and I would recommend him to anyone.

It's rare to find any contractor who is dependable and even rarer to find one who is also honest and knowledgeable. Imran is all that. I called him a couple of days ago to come and inspect my open gas fireplace since I just moved into the home a couple of months ago. He said he would check his schedule and call me back in the evening.

True enough, he did (this is where many fail - you call them and they never call you back!).

We agreed on a particular day and time and he showed up right on time (this is also where many others fail because they either don't show up or show up late and don't bother to call you to let you know so that you can get on with your life and not wait around).

He was polite, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was honest in his diagnosis, finding that the fireplace in fact did not work since one of the wires had been detached and the batteries in the receiver had leaked. He took time to explain what he was doing, and gave me invaluable advice on what I could do myself to avoid costly repairs.

He was very careful to keep the work area clean.

I have a recurring appointment on my calendar to call Imran every September; for the regular maintenance of our 3 fireplaces.

Imran arrived on time and was both courteous and professional throughout our transaction. He took great care to keep the work area clean during and after the job. He explained every step he was going to take and, if any were optional, made sure to ask for approval before proceeding rather than doing potentially unnecessary work to pad a bill. I appreciate his work ethic and professional manner.

Imran took the time to educate me on any potential issues with my out-of-production units. I now know what to look for and what parts are most likely to fail. If/when they do, Gas Fireplace Services & Repairs will be my first call.

We had a serious issue with a broken gas fireplace in our house right after we bought it. The fireplace is older and the company has gone out of business. Imran had new logs custom made for our unit and gerry-rigged a new grill that looks and fits perfectly. It was brilliant work ... and it is was just in time for our new baby. Last winter was incredible cold and Imran's wife, who does the scheduling was aware that we were expecting a baby in March. She squeezed us in at the last minute to get the install complete only days before the baby arrived. It was perfect timing and we are greatly in their debt. They even gave us a special discount on the custom work as a present for the new baby. Their work was professional, fast and affordable, but most importantly, they are some of the nicest people we've met! Thanks very much for the great work! During the blackout we had discovered that our fireplace didn't work (it was the only time we ever tried turning it on so it was the perfect time to find out it didn't work). Didn't get around to fixing it until we sold the house. Imran was very professional and did a lot of little extra things to make the fireplace look clean on the outside and neat and tidy on the inside to meet code. Now it works perfectly and looks great. Thanks Imran for doing an outstanding job. We'll definitely call again to look at the fireplace in our new home.
