Dishwasher was making a lot of noise and was not draining. Called Joe The Appliance Guy because I called him before (broken laundry machine) and was very happy with his service. Called him early in the morning, he called back within 15 minutes, and was at my door within 15 minutes. He ran the dishwasher and said that he would have to take a look inside the machine. He explained what what he was doing and what he was looking for as he was taking pieces off. From what I can tell, Joe was very methodical and thorough of his investigation into the problem. After the third piece he had found my daughter's toy inside the machine. He believed he had found the problem and he set everything back up. He ran the machine again and everything was running very well. All told it took about an hour from when I called to when he left. It took just as long to write this review because my computer screwed up. I highly recommend calling Joe if you need to get something done right. Thanks Joe

During the blackout we had discovered that our fireplace didn't work (it was the only time we ever tried turning it on so it was the perfect time to find out it didn't work). Didn't get around to fixing it until we sold the house. Imran was very professional and did a lot of little extra things to make the fireplace look clean on the outside and neat and tidy on the inside to meet code. Now it works perfectly and looks great. Thanks Imran for doing an outstanding job. We'll definitely call again to look at the fireplace in our new home.
