We had some work done recently by this company and we are very satisfied by the results. Gregg was very honest with us and explained everything in detail. The men doing the work were very courteous hard working and did an excellent job. We will definitely refer them.

I had the pleasure of Mold.ca come yo my home to remove that had built up inside the drywall of my laundry room in my basement . In particular, Gregg Dalrymple was exceptional ! So knowledgeable, courteous.. So helpful and professional ! His team were able to go the work the very next day .. So prompt and efficient ..I was really impressed especially as it was a little overwhelming learning of this problem in our laundry room . He explained everything thoroughly and kept true to his word and the estimate even coming back the next week when my new washer/dryer were installed horribly to install !! A new dryer vent & hose totally uncalled for but so !!! Appreciated !!!!! I couldn't believe how nice Gregg was to do that even picking up what was req'd himself at Home Depot!! Not charging me for labour even.. Unbelievable !!! Really professional , personalized service!! Super impressed!!!!! His 3 Irish staff were excellent too.. Really worked hard and did the job beautifully!!

So glad we didn't try to do this ourselves. Gregg and his highly skilled Irish crew had the experience, expertise, tools and products to treat a serious black mold problem. They did a very thorough and thoughtful job for a reasonable price. And as a bonus, Gregg was also able to give us the names of other dependable contractors to help us eliminate several sources of moisture and also to help re-frame, insulate and drywall the affected areas.

We have had some mold issues in one area of our basement. Even though they seemed to be more or less under control, we decided to contact Gregg about removing a room (and floor) that was largely causing the problem, properly finishing and insulating the area, and finishing up a few small areas in the basement. The job would take about 5 days, and involved a wonderful team – Edward, Shane and Colm. They were always on time, checked with us promptly when decisions needed to be made, and were extremely honest and respectful. Our house looked a lot better afterward; you couldn't even tell that a crew had been in the house working for a week or so! The work was top notch, and updates from Gregg (and Edward) were frequent and helpful. They made sure that all off-gassing of paint and other working materials were sealed off in the basement and fully evacuated. Although we usually experience difficult side effects due to the chemicals and toxins related to construction and renovation projects, we could barely tell (other than the sounds) that a part of our basement was being transformed.
