Bad Boy has a very bad service. I ordered a bed room furniture set from Kennedy Badboy superstore on Sept 26 and the bed was delivered on Oct. 5th. when I tried to assemble the bed hardware included was not the right one. I contacted the service department through email and was notified that the new hardware was ordered and was told that it would be in by early following week. The following week, on Friday I still had not received any call or hardware shipped. after that I was not able to get hold of the person who initially handled my call. later that day I spoke to another agent at service department and mention the issue. I got a call that they have the part so I asked them to ship it to Whitby store (as I am in Ajax) so I can pick it up on Monday thinking it will faster. On Oct 21st, I called the Whitby store and they confirmed that the hardware is in so I drove about 30 mins to the Whitby store. Person at the store not able to find the hardware that was shipped from the warehouse and I was told that they will ask my service agent ship the hardware to my home address. Still have not notification from service department about the delivery. I called the service department and tried to speak to Debera who is my original service agent and not able to reach her. I left 3- 4 voice messages and email with no response. So I called the Badboy store I ordered the bed from (kennedy store) and explained the situation, a manager named Kerry talked to me and she said she will find out what went wrong. I asked the manager to return the bed and give me the money back or ship another bed set. she refused to do that saying it is the service department that has to authorize the return. Kerry said she had sent an email to the service department and they will get back to me. The next day I got an email back saying the hardware is actually at the Whitby store and to go pick it up. I don't have time to drive again as I have a newborn baby and also has flu and ask them to take the bed back and give my money back or deliver a new bed. I still haven't got any response to my email and it is about a month (October 29th) since the bed was delivered and I can't use the bed and it is posing danger to us and the newborn baby as the un assembled bed lay in my bedroom. I will never go back to Badboy again. I will try to discourage anyone who try to buy anything from Badboy. I will spread the word through social media too.
