I had a mold issue in the basement boiler room, stemming from a broken stack that needed to be replaced. I called mold.ca and they sent over Gregg that very day to assess my situation. He was honest, professional, and very helpful. The affected area was small enough for me to do the work on my own and he provided me tips on how to do it. He could have taken advantage of me and said that it was very bad and needed serious remediation, but he didn't. He also provided me with some replacement drywall pieces that I needed (they were extra pieces from another site that were to be disposed of and he gave me some to make use of it)

We pride ourselves, that our chargeable inspections, are more focused on a consulting approach whereby you don't always require a full blown mold remediation project but can sometimes do the work yourself or hire a handyman at a lesser cost to perform the required work.
