Had no AC. Was a bit of a wait, they are a small company as I understand. While inconvenient, I guess AC isn't considered an emergency. I was told they are trying to hire, but haven't had a lot of resumes. Guy who came seemed young, but was very nice. Knew his stuff. Had me back up and running in no time. Cleaned up before he left. Seemed very conscientious about Covid. Wore a mask, wiped everything down. Great Job!

Fantastic service. Had no heat in the middle of winter last year. Had to have a new furnace installed. Weren't able to get one right away so their technician dropped off some heaters until they could get the new furnace from their supplier. Just fired up the furnace for the first time this fall, running great.

Horrible service they know absolutely nothing about the product they are selling because they sold me wrong product it voided my warranty immediately wouldn't call me back about it tried for three months sold me a crap battery which died had to get new one from good old John deer! They don't do maintainance on the product they sell apparently !really upset at the service I received from this company or should I say the lack there off! I will never deal with them again

Pros: Neat install of propane furnace & piping
Cons: Just a kid, Impossible to get a hold of, consistently neglects to return phone calls (thank god I didn't have an emergency)
