When we started shopping around, Nothern was our cheapest price, so we decided to proceed.
We were originally told windows would be in by mid August, and windows just got installed 6 months later.
The communication and follow up was not pleasant. Asking our rep Eric about the status of our windows, we were given a response 'I honestly don't know', when in all reality it takes him a phone call or two to figure out the lead time. After finally getting a hold of someone, we were told half the windows were in at the end of August and the rest would be in the following week. Waiting a week to check the status of the windows, we spoke to another person in the office, and they informed us they had none of our windows in their warehouse.
Fast forward, windows are in before the really cold weather hits, which is good.
The windows look great, and the boys who installed them had all windows/trim up in 1 day. Mitch, Brandon and Allan did a excellent job!
I understand it was hectic with the cancellation of the GreenOn program, and trying to satisfy every customer, I just hope in the future the communication between the reps/office staff improves.
