Had all windows and doors installed by Northern Comfort years ago, very happy with the product. Followup service was good until the past year or so. Had a technician visit to see about faulty front door handle and lock, he said it was from a manufacturer they don't deal with anymore but would see if they can get the parts. Waited about 4 weeks, called and was told still waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. Called again today after 3 more weeks, was told oh it hasn't been ordered yet, a message will be sent to service dept. right away. Very poor follow up service
