We checked with several roofers in Wasaga Beach area and were impressed by the professionalism of ACE roofing. Their quote was reasonable and lower than some of the others we contacted. They had a good reputation and provided a better warranty. The crew was efficient, hard working, and very friendly and polite. Roof was completed on the date we agreed with originally. They were right on time. No payment required until job was completed. Excellent experience from start to finish.

My impression of northern comfort is that here is a company that really cares about its customers. This was evident through each part of the process form ordering, to scheduling, to the final install. Our salesman, Grant Williams explained our many options and helped with the choices. He even came by the day of the install to see that everything was fine. Our two installers, Rod and Keelyn arrived right on the time that was specified. Friendly and courteous, they answered any questions and explained all the features and operation of the windows They covered everything up inside and vacuumed up afterwards. There was nothing left inside or out to show that they had been here. Very professional and excellent work. would definitely recommend them and this company to anyone looking for replacement windows. we would certainly use them again when we need additional windows. It was really nice to find such a professional company and employees that truly showed the utmost in customer service.

Fast response and informative package sent out. Crew were on time and were very courteous and professional. Answered all my questions and explained everything they did.
