Dennis sold us an excellent North Star patio door at an amazing price. Crew Leader, Darryl, and installer, Jason, were polite, careful with our home, and tidied up very well after the job was done. When an unexpected, rotted sill and beam were discovered, Darryl and Jason went out of their way to correct the structural problems before installing the patio door. Outstanding!

Great job on the install. Josh the insTaller was very polite and professional. He went the extra mile to ensure a proper fit and his work was excellent. He cleaned up afterward and I would certainly recommend this company for its customer service.

I was so nervous about having my windows replaced and trying to find a company that I could trust. After speaking with Dennis, one of the sales representatives at Northern Comfort, I knew I was in good hands! He is truly amazing and walked me through the process with no pressure to purchase from this company. The crew who came to install the windows were absolutely amazing. Josh and Doug were very professional and respectful. They accommodated all of my questions and even helped me to make some last minute changes when the false window at the top of my house could not be changed the way I had hoped. Josh provided me with some alternative options and patiently waited for me to decide. When they were done, they were very carefully with cleaning up. I would definetly recommend Northern Comfort. The transformation to my home is unbelievable! I have received a number of compliments from people who have walked by and stopped to speak to me about my windows and the change it has made. We just got our new front and back door installed yesterday. Northern Comfort was amazing from start to finish. Purchasing the doors was painless and no pressure. Great price for high quality, For installation we had the two greatest installers Darryl and Jay. They were very professional and courteous (lined our floors and covered our belongings with plastic). They were thorough and made sure the job was done right. They were a pleasure to have in our home, and will definitely be purchasing and installing with Northern Comfort again. You guys were great, can not say enough!

Great company to deal with. Showed up on time and got right down to business. Crew leader Lou explained how they were going to proceed and answered all my questions. Lou and installer Graham, worked in a professional manner and were meticulous at there job. They did a very thorough installation and left the job site totally clean. We're very happy to have had them complete this door installation for us.

I was so pleased with windows from Northern Comfort installed on the west side 3 years back, I chose them again for the east side. But I did mention some west inside frame corner joins had spread open a bit due to house settling, expansion/contraction. They even warranty that and will come back to replace those frames, installation is done differently now so this will not be a concern on new installations. And I must say I was really pleased with the recent job done on the east side. The crew (Darryl & Jay) was amazing… they protected my new bamboo floors with those moving blankets covered with plastic sheets, not a single scratch/dent. They were very professional and courteous, and stayed worked late until the job was done. The installation is great, even a great job on the outside caulking. Ask for Darryl & Jay. Love my windows!

I am very satisfied with the replacement of the window. Josh and Jesse worked hard and completed the installment in good time. They cleaned up after themselves and I would recommend this company and workers with out a hesitation. Thanks NCW&D LTD.

We needed to add additional shutters to our house exterior and called Northern Comfort because we knew from experience that their products were quality and their work ethic was excellent.

Great service, anytime we had questions about either the product or installation or service they responded promptly. Both the people at the office and the installers were friendly and helpful. PO#111286
