I have been charged for protection plans on plumbing ..cooling and air conditioning that I have cancelled because this company did not honour the previous plans. I have been trying to speak to a supervisor for days and cannot get anyone to call me or even get on phone when I call. Horrific customer service and border on criminal in their business practices. I was assured protection paid for nearly a year and when required they refused to assist. Stay clear of this organization!!! I am seeking legal advice if no one contacts me. Please save your money and avoid this company!
