An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I was under a major main floor renovation which required my kitchen to be relocated on the opposite side of the house. I was referred to iPLUMB from a family member who had used them in the past and had nothing but good things to say about them. I called their office and it was amazing that within a couple of hours i had a plumbing tech starting the work. He was very polite and helpful. The rough in was done within the same day. i called them back after about a month to put the fixtures in to finally finish off this hard to live through renovation. They were very clean and knew exactly what to do while answering all my questions along the way. Highly recommended company. Great work!
