I needed a new cleaning service in a hurry and Ray and Nesha were able to schedule me for the very next day. I was so impressed that I'm going to have them come every two weeks. Nesha and her team were friendly yet professional and did a very thorough cleaning job - and we have 4 cats and a big dog so there's lots to clean!

easy to book and very professional. They did an excellent & thorough cleaning. very responsive and communicative in the office, and the cleaners show up on time and work very hard to get results of the highest standards!
We did require a large cleaning job ( 6000 sq ft house) with a very short timeline, They are flexible and able to accommodate our needs even with short notice

I have a rental property in downtown Toronto, that a tenant left in bad shape..
As I live in New York, it's was a mission to find a reliable cleaners to clean the condo, I stumbled upon target cleaning from Homestars, they had a great reviews, contacted them by email, response was fast, booking was faster. Then job done in no time. The next tenant called me and thanked me for haven the apartment ready in time.

WOW. After I finished moving furniture and boxes, I wanted to cancel the appt. because I thought my house was clean. Lucky thing I didn't cancel. When the ladies finished I saw what clean really was. It felt like I walked into a new home. Thanks Target

Marina is my contact and has been great to deal with. The girls are consistent and do a thorough job cleaning my home. They spend the time cleaning things like baseboards and wiping down the cabinets. They will do extra or focus on other items as well. I am happy when it come home to a clean house.

My only complaint is I would prefer using Clorox bathroom cleaner instated the Vim bathroom cleaner. No big deal. I guess I have to provide this next time.

Hired target cleaning for a move in, the crew (2 girls) with full supply arrived a little bit early, very fortunate to hire them, did a very through cleaning, spent every time they had to do a detailed cleaning. Contacted them again to clean my parents and sister's houses. Ever since on twice a month cleaning for my condo, very reliable same crew every time. Text me if they late, early or they cannot make it. Consistent service.

It's strange to me that on some previous bad reviews the owner reply is that the customer is simply confused and that it wasn't Target that they hired. I also hadn't noticed how many "assisted reviews" there were. Overall, the service just wasn't that great.
The good: Price is cheap, the company sent me a copy of their insurance, they came as promised and they did deep clean 2 very filthy apartments. We felt bad for the cleaning ladies to do the work that we didn't even want to touch.
The bad: Never saw Ray. The ladies seemed to have no instructions of any kind. One of the ladies left for a while but I got charged the full day for all 3 of them. It was difficult to schedule them to come back and finish so we just did the rest ourselves.
