Alan was amazing!! Since this is our first home, we really appreciated how much time Alan spent with us and how he was able to explain the importance certain aspects of the inspection in simplified terms. He was thorough and very detailed - nothing was left unchecked! He not only was very professional but he was kind and easy to talk to, allowing us to feel more comfortable to ask questions freely.
We received the report soon after the inspection, which was great to speed up the process and Alan welcomed any further questions - which is so helpful to know we can reach out whenever. We had a great experience and highly recommend Alan & AllMax Inspections!

Alan was thorough and professional! I wouldn't have had any idea what to look for or where to start. Alan took care of everything during the PDI and found issues that cannot be seen at first look. I would highly recommend him to anyone required to do a PDI.

Alan was very thorough and detailed in his explanations while going through the house inspection. The final report was organized and nicely summarized. He showed up 20 minutes ahead of time to inspect the outside of the house which reduced the overall time of inspection. The extra $50 for the inspection was worth it as well. Overall, we were very happy with Alan’s work and highly recommend his services.

Just wanted to take a moment to commend and recommend Alan for his home inspection services. We had Alan come to our about a month ago for a home inspection. We actually chose to work with him because he was willing to go on our roof to inspect it where as another home inspector I was considering wasn't. In all honesty, I'm thankful we chose Alan because by going on our roof to inspect it, we discovered that racoons had made a hole in our siding. Had we not worked with Alan, I don't think the other home inspector would have been able to notice the hole from the ground. Anyhow, Alan was pleasant to work with. He was thorough in his inspection, patient in answering our questions, and detailed in his report. So, if you're looking for a home inspector, go with Alan!

I used Allmax for two home inspections and couldn't be happier. Alan is a true expert, very professional, extremely thorough, and notices things nobody else would. His reports are meticulous, easy to read and serve as a great document to work off of for future renovations. The photos he takes are included in the reports and he edits the photos with arrows pointing out specific issues- this way you can use your report to easily communicate with contractors later. He is honest, informative, punctual, easy to talk to and obviously highly trained in what he does.

Alan is really good home inspector who knows his stuff. Being a first time home buyer, he very patiently replied to all our questions and concerns. He is a really funny guy with a very pleasant personality. Would definitely recommend him to my friends & family.
