AllMax Home Inspection

Recently used allmax to preform a home inspection on a property I was considering. I found the services of Alan and allmax to be professional and direct. Right from his arrival he began to directly look at all aspects of the home that could prove to be a concern. Fortunately I was able to do a home inspection and with alan's professional expertise we found a couple of issues that could prove to be major concerns. Not only was he able to identify potential concerns he quickly offered the solutions required to fix and or repair. Overall I'm am very happy with the service and professionalism with this organization, a small onetime fee has potentially saved me thousands.
I cannot stress the importance of this service in this market and with Alan and allmax your in the right hands.

Once again required a home inspection.
Without a doubt allmax was the only choice. As this was the second time I was using the services of allmax it was even smoother then the initial meeting. Same professional service, same detailed report. When I arrived Allen was already on site performing the exterior part and it was like arriving to a old friend.

Alan from Allmax Home Inspection did our new home inspection a year ago, and we hired him again to do our year end home inspection. Just like last time, Alan was polite, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and made us aware of both the big and little issues with our house. AllMax Home performed an inspection for a house we were looking to purchase.

Allan arrived on time, equipped with all the required tools, knowledge and patience. As first home buyers, this is THE BEST company to work with. 2.5 hours later, we had ALL our questions answered, ALL inspected information clearly understood. I think he inspected pretty much every nook and cranny.

The report we received was just perfect. Every found deficiency was photographed, had a clear explanation of why it's an issue, and what can happen in the long run if it's not taken care of.

It had a price list with potential repairs, which every home owner should know - relative costs for the house, especially if first time buyer.

It has now been close to 5 years, and I still review the report to see feedback and rely on what he said. Moreover - the things he pointed out and we didn't address right away - had the problem he predicted. His response time is as great as it was initially. I am very thankful to AllMax - will gladly recommend (and have been recommending) to anyone looking to purchase a home.

I made an appointment with Allmax on short notice to perform a presale home inspection. Allan arrived promptly and after reviewing the property and residence, set to work in a methodical and systematic manner. As the basement was completely finished, he could only inspect what was visible. He identified issues that I had not seen even after two lengthy visits to the residence. All issues were itemized and prioitized with pictures and recommended corrective action. He reassurred us on the condition. Well done.

He is a nice guy, showed up on time, knew what he was doing, spent enough time to inspect the house properly and didn't rush it . encouraged me to ask question and wasn't afraid of explaining.
