Needed a mold expert to test mold. Professionalism, technical knowledge and equipment was not lacking. Not only was Allan accommodating with my request for discreetness, but he also tells you what you need to hear and not what you want to hear. I liked that. He's not scared to tell you bluntly what needs to be said. Too many inspectors out there who are barely knowledgeable and will say anything to keep you happily opening your wallet repeatedly for nothing. Integrity. If I had to describe Allan with one word, it's integrity.

Extremely professional, detailed, knowledgeable, able to prioritize major and minor deficiencies, future costs, safety issues. Provided very constructive advice as for immediate and foreseen repairs. Very respectful and courteous.

Alan Glushko from AllMax Home Inspection came to do air quality testing in 3 locations of our house as we suspected that we had some mould from a leak in our flat roof. Very important for us to know that our air is safe to breathe. He was very professional and very knowledgable. He explained the process, he sends the sample to a third party for testing. Turns out we don't have a mould issue and now have piece of mind. Would definitely recommend him to anybody who is concerned about mould in their house.

He took detailed pictures and used specialized infrared cameras to identify potential issues with leaks and insulation. He was able to answer all of our questions, before and after. The work completed inspected every aspect of the home, which to a new buyer you could easily overlook important things. I am truly fortunate to have Alan performed my home inspection as he was able to identify issues that would pose a cause for concern. One of the many things I really appreciated from Alan's service is the detailed report you are provided with at the end of the inspection which list all the concerns found through the inspection. The report also provides pictures in colour of the various areas of concern which is helpful for you to have and use as a guide to keep track of any work that will be required to be done. In addition Alan is available to answer any questions you may have after the inspection is completed.

Overall I'm happy with the service Alan provided. I definitely recommend his service to anyone and will certainly use in the future if needed again. While there is a fee for the service, it is priceless having peace of mind knowing what you are going into when you purchase a home.
