AllMax Home performed an inspection for a house we were looking to purchase. Allan arrived on time, equipped with all the required tools, knowledge and patience. As first home buyers, this is THE BEST company to work with. 2.5 hours later, we had ALL our questions answered, ALL inspected information clearly understood. I think he inspected pretty much every nook and cranny. The report we received was just perfect. Every found deficiency was photographed, had a clear explanation of why it's an issue, and what can happen in the long run if it's not taken care of. It had a price list with potential repairs, which every home owner should know - relative costs for the house, especially if first time buyer. It has now been close to 5 years, and I still review the report to see feedback and rely on what he said. Moreover - the things he pointed out and we didn't address right away - had the problem he predicted. His response time is as great as it was initially. I am very thankful to AllMax - will gladly recommend (and have been recommending) to anyone looking to purchase a home.

I cannot say enough about Picture Perfect Painters, following multiple painting projects! Very professional in all interactions, attentive to detail, punctual project completion and superior quality. <Initial Appointment> - first consultation and contractual agreement means everything. We received many ideas, swatches, and the appreciated patience to start the project. <The Painting Job> - done exactly when and exactly how we confirmed. <Completion> - Everything looked great! All lines are perfect, not a spot of dirt left behind. Never asked for extra costs for "unforeseen" add-ons, like other contractors often do. Our family is happy and grateful!

Will was great! Came over, explained everything, measured and a few days later, our door looked amazing!! Couldn't be happier! Rosales was awesome, we're getting compliments left right and center, asking if we got a brand new door. We also couldn't find nice replacement handles, and Will found the right type and installed. The whole job looks amazing!
