Not only was Allan accommodating with my request for discreetness, but he also tells you what you need to hear and not what you want to hear. I liked that. He's not scared to tell you bluntly what needs to be said. Too many inspectors out there who are barely knowledgeable and will say anything to keep you happily opening your wallet repeatedly for nothing. Integrity. If I had to describe Allan with one word, it's integrity.
