AllMax Home Inspection

As we wanted to make sure that we missed nothing, we had Alan come to do a home inspection at our newly constructed house (prior to submitting our 30-Day Form to Tarion).
Alan's report helped us prepare for submitting the Tarion form and he pointed out several things that need to be rectified (with a reference to the appropriate section of the Ontario Building Code or Tarion's Construction Practice Guidelines) that we would have missed.
