We chose the Summerwood Urban Loft, as we wanted a shed that was attractive and could be part of a landscape design. Visiting the showroom and placing the order was easy and fast...a few hiccoughs on delivery, but only slipped by a week. Everything came well packaged and was assembled in a day. A great piece of advice from Summerwood (which we followed) was to make sure that the concrete pad is exactly the size of the shed footprint. Now we have a great looking shed that could be a summer office.

As we wanted to make sure that we missed nothing, we had Alan come to do a home inspection at our newly constructed house (prior to submitting our 30-Day Form to Tarion). Alan's report helped us prepare for submitting the Tarion form and he pointed out several things that need to be rectified (with a reference to the appropriate section of the Ontario Building Code or Tarion's Construction Practice Guidelines) that we would have missed.

Haneef came on the weekend to discuss options, measure and give us a quote. He brought with him many different types of carpets, patterns and banding while helping us select one that goes really nicely with the hardwood. Given that our flights of stairs are different widths, he also suggested the best approach for making things look even.For installation, they arrived right on time and it took about two and a half hours to complete - and at the end Haneef was manning the vacuum cleaner to tidy up!
