I strongly recommend Alan & his services. Not only is he professional and thorough, he has an easygoing manner which made us a key part of the home inspection AND well-informed buyers. It's a pity that his findings ended up diminishing our desire for the house-in-question, BUT -- that's exactly what home inspections are for (reality).
We will definitely be working with Alan again.
