SWAT was able to quickly detect we did NOT have a raccoon infestation, rather, that we had a squirrel nest in the shed (long story why we thought raccoon). Randy was able to quickly assess the situation, put a one way exit door for the squirrel (just in case) and block the entrances. Competent, prompt and effective service. I strongly recommend Alan & his services. Not only is he professional and thorough, he has an easygoing manner which made us a key part of the home inspection AND well-informed buyers. It's a pity that his findings ended up diminishing our desire for the house-in-question, BUT -- that's exactly what home inspections are for (reality). We will definitely be working with Alan again.
