Drainpro

Had a drain problem in the kitchen which was made worse no matter what chemicals were tried. Called drain pro. They came in, tried to snake it, couldn't get through. Tried a variety of different ways and even when they did, there was too much grease jammed. They worked at it trying a few different things and in the end fixed the problem. There was a ton of grease jammed deep in the piping line. They spent over 3 hours straight working at it. 2 very nice and very capable gentlemen. very professional, worked hard, fixed the job and honored their original estimate. HIGHLY recommend! Wish I would have called them sooner!

Backup in our basement due to 3 blockages from tree roots. DRAINPRO came quickly, provided an estimate and completed the work in a very timely manner. The service guys were pleasant and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this company.

This is the second time I’ve had Drainpro do plumbing work for me. I had a toilet fixed in December of 2013. It wasn't a simple DIY fix for me, as the shut-off valve needed to be replaced which required soldering. Matt did such a great job that, when my second toilet started running (and as luck would have it, the shut-off valve needed replacing too) I called and asked to have him back. He and his assistant arrived on time and were very very friendly and professional. Matt assessed the repairs that were needed and gave me the price upfront so there were no surprises. He fixed my second toilet in no time at all. Once again, great job! Drainpro has my business for life and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Needed some new plumbing due to new sink. Excellent job done by Andrew! He offered two options, we chose the most convenient one, everyone was happy. Fast, clean and a good job.

Matt and Sam arrived promptly at my house and worked incredibly hard to fix a complicated drainage problem in my old Glebe home. They explained everything as they worked over 2 days and were extremely friendly. Despite the complexity of the job, they completed it in a very timely manner and left the site spotless. I couldn't have found two more professional and competent plumbers in Ottawa! Highly recommended!

Arrived in less than an hour after our call despite it being evening, found the leak behind the drywall and fixed it in under 20 minutes. Fast, efficient, friendly and clean. Again.
