home builder incorrectly installed toilet when home built 6 years ago causing gradual leak that has become much worse recently so needed help to fix.
Drainpro was fantastic - when i called for assistance the manager Jason was very professional, and their employee Tyler arrived right on time as promised. The work was done quickly, and Tyler completely cleaned up the bathroom once finished. The price was very competitive as well! I will definitely recommend Drainpro to anyone who needs help with plumbing. Thank you!

I had a stubborn clog in the drain to my kitchen sink. Liquid Plumber helped for a while but eventually it completely clogged and water backed up into the sink. Matt from Drainpro came and with the right tools was able to quickly clear the clog which was actually deep in the drain (below the basement floor). They also replaced the outdated pipes under the sink. Drainpro had the right tools and parts on hand, and were also very competent and friendly. They answered all my questions. Highly recommended.

This is the first time we used Drainpro based on a friend's recommendation. The service rep "Matt" and his assistant "Sam" arrived to the appointment on time. They assessed the leak and advised of the repairs required and indicated the exact costs. They completed the work within an hour and showed and explained what was done. They were very friendly and professional. We will definitely use Drainpro again if needed in the future.

I contacted DRAINPRO for the installation of a sink and also to repair toilet which was actively leaking water out. They came within a few hours as promised and did the job in a complete and professional manner. The individual "Matt" who carried out the work was thorough and caught a defect in one of the toilet units he had installed and replaced it immediately. We had blocked kitchen sink for a week. We did some jobs by ourselves, but it didn't work. Finally the drain was leaking. So I called DrainPro. They worked very well. They cleaned the drain and changed leaky pipes in one hour. Their job was over our expectation. We will recommend them to my friends. We will call them again if we need them. One suggestion is that please give us a clear price range when I phone your company. Thank you for the good job.

I called DrainPro after reading the reviews here on HomeStars, and I'm glad I did - Amazing service from start to finish! I was so impressed by the expertise and professionalism of everyone I dealt with at DrainPro. They were able to send someone to fix my blocked drain right away. Steve (?) showed up right on time and carefully explained the problem, and told me how much it would be to fix. While he was here, he also changed an aerator in my faucet. For the first time since I moved in three years ago, I have good water pressure....I don't know why I waited so long to call!

Excellent service to unplug bathroom sink; very efficient and expedient. Knowledgeable and professional service and staff. Would highly recommend to others to use. As a result, we are having them replace the sink, faucet and toilet for us.
