Hello Sandip, I am so happy to have met you and done business with you. You are very knowledgeable, professional, and you were extremely thorough in explaining the HVAC system to me and answering any questions I had. The purchase of a complete HVAC system is a major investment, and after sitting down with you and discussing my options, I felt very secure and confident that Furnace King would satisfy my needs at the time of installation and in servicing any emergencies/repairs in the future. Mike and the installation team were very courteous, proficient, conscientious, and finished a major makeover of my HVAC system all in one day, much to my surprise, and yours, I am sure. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. And thank you to Mike and his team for their diligence in their pursuit of installing a tankless water heater instead of a power vented unit. It is extremely quiet, takes up very little space, and provides consistently hot running water, unlike the Polaris combo unit where the hot water temperature would fluctuate, particularly during a shower. I had a complete makeover of my HVAC system, replacing the air conditioner, a Polaris combo air handler unit, and a humidifier with a Trane air conditioner and furnace, tankless water heater and a new humidifier. So far the air conditioner works great -- keeps the house cool with very little effort. I look forward to experiencing a warmer house in the winter in the coming years, as the Polaris unit left us feeling somewhat chilled, especially in the third floor bedrooms. The Polaris would seem to run forever during the winter and summer months to maintain the desired set temperature. I'm sure a lot of gas was wasted in the past. From my initial meeting with yourself through to the installation by Joe and Khuram, the experience was perfect. The installers were knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of the house. I especially appreciated the fact that you brought to my attention the added rebate my energy provider was offering. This saved me an additional thousand dollars, something other companies do not routinely do. Needless to say, I've been singing your praises to all who will listen. Thanks again.

Hi Sandip, It has been more than a week since your installers did our new furnace and a/c. I'm sorry it took so long to get back to you but with the warmer weather actually today is the first time our new furnace has been on. All seems to be working nicely. Our experience with you as the sales rep was excellent!. You gave us a good overview and patiently explained the workings of the new equipment. Your installers Mike and John arrived promptly on the date scheduled and were efficient, friendly, and very tidy about the job. We were extremely pleased with the job they did.
We will wait for the "hot" weather to see how the new a/c performs and hope we are just as happy with it as with the furnace. We would recommend your company to gyfriends or relatives and feel confident that they would get the same quality of service we did. We had called them for an estimate on an AC unit. Sandip the representative that came was very knowledgeable and explained the different types of units and didn't push for the most expensive but rather the best unit for the size of our house. We purchased a TRANE unit that has been working very well and lowered our energy bills. They offer a very good warranty and excellent customer service.

We are very pleased with the service we received, the gentleman did an excellent job and were very personable. They were punctual, tidy and provided ongoing information as they were installing the air conditioner. We highly recommend your company.

I would like to thank you Mike and his associate for doing such a good job in installing the furnace. It was not easy to run the exhaust pipes to the side of the house because of other plumbing taking a lot of space so I really appreciate that he did it. It's working amazing so far and I will call in May for installing the outside unit of the A/C.
