An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Hi Sandip, It has been more than a week since your installers did our new furnace and a/c. I'm sorry it took so long to get back to you but with the warmer weather actually today is the first time our new furnace has been on. All seems to be working nicely. Our experience with you as the sales rep was excellent!. You gave us a good overview and patiently explained the workings of the new equipment. Your installers Mike and John arrived promptly on the date scheduled and were efficient, friendly, and very tidy about the job. We were extremely pleased with the job they did.
We will wait for the "hot" weather to see how the new a/c performs and hope we are just as happy with it as with the furnace. We would recommend your company to gyfriends or relatives and feel confident that they would get the same quality of service we did.
