Everything you promised in our first meeting came to fruition. The installers arrived on-time, were polite and listened to any concerns I had. They laid down drop cloths to protect my floors and removed their shoes too, something other companies tend not to do these days. They were quiet except for the necessary drilling etc. and the job was completed quickly. They cleaned up and brushed the floor around the furnace room afterwards. Mike then showed me how everything works and we ran down a checklist of items he had completed and that they had met all current codes etc., which matched exactly with what you had said would happen. He informed me that my previous HVAC contractor had never connected the HEPA filter unit I bought from them, nor was the humidifier ever hooked up! I will be calling them about this.
