I have had ongoing issues with my steam humidifier leaking. After three weeks trying to get satisfaction with my original installer, I gave up.
Home Depot suggested I contact Furnace King. Robert there was professional and efficient. He sent Brian to do the re-install and I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and personality. The job was completed to my satisfaction, and Brian said to call back if there were any further issues. I would not hesitate to recommend Furnace King.

Sales person, Sandip, did an excellent job in properly explaining the different furnaces they offered. There was no high pressure sales tactics used at all. Sandip was genuine in helping me. The process of purchasing the furnace was easy and smooth. The total cost was clearly explained, there were no other hidden charges.

Installers arrived promptly and worked diligently to have the furnace installed in a timely manner. The installers were professional and took care not to create a mess as they worked.

There are a few small issues I should mention:
- About 15 mins after the installers left, my Ecobee thermostat lost power and the furnace shut off. I called the company and the installers returned promptly. Upon troubleshooting, they found the problem to be that one of wires attached to the control board in the Furnace was not tightened down properly. This was rectified and the issue resolved.
- There were holes drilled on the side of my basement to allow for new inlet and outlet air pipes to be installed, the concrete debris from this drilling activity were not properly cleaned from my basement.
- The inlet pipe enters the furnace from the top where the burners are, as a result, during very cold weather there is condensation in the burners which prevents the burners from firing up hence no heat is generated. The company acknowledged this issue and said they will fix it by re-routing the inlet pipe to the side of the furnace.

Overall I am very happy and satisfied with the product and service provided by Furnace King. They always answer their phone when I call and promptly respond to any issues. I

We dealt with Sandip and found him quite accommodating to our numerous questions, and requests. This was our first furnace change from the 30 year old model that came with the house and he was always quick to reply to our concerns. He was very knowledgeable about the process and streamlined everything for us (including setting up the inspection for appropriate rebates.) We also changed our AC at the same time.

Our main reason with going with Furnace King over another brand was a better warranty at a similar price. The added peace of mind was vital in our decision.

The installers were quick and very respectful of our home. We've had one small minor issue with a leak and Sandip dispatched a tech within a few hours.

We hope our relationship with Sandip and Furnace King continues to be a good one over the lifespan of our products.

I've been a Furnace King's customer for the last 9 years with my 24 year old furnace that has been serviced yearly by Claudio and Brian, amazing people that kept my old furnace running for a long time without any major issues, they know their trade and are very professional. After the last service I was told that it had some error codes and I was quoted the repair costs. I asked if it was possible to get a quotation for a new furnace. Sandip came to my house, checked the house and provided with different alternatives and brands to replace the furnace. He is very knowledgeable, he explain the advantages and disadvantages of the systems and brands available, he knew my budget restrictions and provided with the best alternative available. Luckily I bought the furnace because the same day the old furnace stopped working. On the scheduled installation date and sharply punctual Mike and Johnny came to install the new furnace, it was a seamless process, no issues, everything was done professionally and after finishing the job the furnace room was left spotless. I am very pleased with the team that works for Furnace King, the service and products provided and definitely I can recommend this company without a doubt to anybody.

The thing I liked most about Furnace King is they used top quality products (Trane) and installed it the right way. I had a home inspection done where the inspector insisted a certain installation (venting to outdoor). Furnace King was the only company whose installation aligned with what the house inspector said. The other providers had stories about why this wasn't necessary, and I didn't trust any of them. Furnace King were able to answer all my questions immediately, while other providers were not, or they stumbled with their answers and seemed unsure.

Installation was done exactly as said. I would recommend Furnace King. Prices were slightly higher than other providers, but I believe it was worth it and I received a better quality furnace and installation.

Our 20 year old 1-stage furnace wasn't increasing in heat, so we had an inspection with Claudio. He was able to get Sandip to come to our house within 2 hours to go over our choices. Sandip was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. We went with the Amana 2-stage variable DC model and it was installed within 3.5 hours the very next day by Mike. He, too, was professional and mats were laid out as to not dirty the floors. We're very impressed with this company's staff, customer service and expertise. I should mention this was all during the coldest winter in 57 years!

Sandip and his team helped us out of a very cold spell this December 2017. I called Sandip on a Sunday and he came that same day to provide a quote. Then it was installed the next day. Great & reliable customer service - especially when you need it the most!! Also in the summer our air conditioner went in a very hot spell too and again it was all done very quickly and professionally.

I was very glad I had saved Sandip's business card from 2016 when he replaced my old air conditioner very quickly during a heat wave - Yesterday, with temperature like -18, my 12 year old furnace failed and I called Sandip. Within less than a day, I had a new furnace and he even organized heaters to be sent over from Furnace King for us to use overnight to stay warm until the installers arrived at 7:30am. Wonderful service - very caring and understanding right from Justine on reception to Johnny and the 2 technicians who came so quickly.
