I want to say thank you to Michael who came in May for the yearly inspection of the plumbing in my house. Amongst the recommendations was the need to replace the basement bathroom toilet which was old and was leaking. Today Alija came and replaced the toilet, both are very courteous and knowledgeable. The installation went smoothly, no mess left behind. All I can say is that I am very satisfied with the service and the team that works there, very professional and friendly.

Although this was done 3 years ago, I want to write a review about the company. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. The price was fair and the results of their work are incredible. 3 years and the driveway looks like know, very good quality pavement, great service, honest people and everything done in time.

I've been a Furnace King's customer for the last 9 years with my 24 year old furnace that has been serviced yearly by Claudio and Brian, amazing people that kept my old furnace running for a long time without any major issues, they know their trade and are very professional. After the last service I was told that it had some error codes and I was quoted the repair costs. I asked if it was possible to get a quotation for a new furnace. Sandip came to my house, checked the house and provided with different alternatives and brands to replace the furnace. He is very knowledgeable, he explain the advantages and disadvantages of the systems and brands available, he knew my budget restrictions and provided with the best alternative available. Luckily I bought the furnace because the same day the old furnace stopped working. On the scheduled installation date and sharply punctual Mike and Johnny came to install the new furnace, it was a seamless process, no issues, everything was done professionally and after finishing the job the furnace room was left spotless. I am very pleased with the team that works for Furnace King, the service and products provided and definitely I can recommend this company without a doubt to anybody. Thank you for keeping running for so many years my old furnace, now I'm looking forward with the new one for a long time without issues and a warm house

My main door needed replacement after many years. Dennis came to my house, was patient while I took the decision of the door style, provided suggestions in accordance to the age of the house. The time frame suggested was followed up to the "t". The installer Ranjan was courteous, organized, and clean. I can recommend the company it pleasant to conduct business with them.

Since I bought my house the bathtub faucet has been leaking. I searched for a plumbing company through HomeStars and found the Water Works Plumbing and Drains, I called to schedule the service, I received a call this morning asking if Larry could come earlier to do the job. He came earlier, very courteous, inspected the leak and provided me with a quotation. He started the job, I was impressed to see that he used protection to avoid scratching the bathtub, found that the faucet handle was glued and stuck in place, he had to cut, go to a supplier to get a new one. Everything was done professionally, looks perfect and no more leaking, Larry cleaned after he finished the job and it looks like brand new. Definitely I can recommend the company. Liz (sorry, I think I am misspelling your name) did follow up on how the job was completed. Thank you for doing a great job, on time and the service was better than my expectations.
