The absolute worst experience of my families life! Once this company secures your money, there is 0 customer service. If you are looking to spend alot of money and get treated like a piece of garbage, then this is the company for you. Every issue that gets brought to there attention is given an excuse with an attempt to shift the blame to an alternate source. Zero accountablity, zero customer service! Please do yourself a favor and build with ANYONE but Westview!

The layout of the home appealed to us, and it's definitely suiting all of our needs as a growing family. Working with WestView took a lot of stress out of building a new home.

From the minute we walked in to the showhome, the sales people were very friendly.

They were extremely helpful.

WestView's organization of the construction process has been amazing. As operators of our own contracting business, we are well aware of the challenges associated with building. Watching our house come together quickly and without delay has been a very gratifying experience.
Unfortunately, once in our home we found that there was a lacking in attention to detail and are having trouble getting our warranty work completed.

Although we certainly had some ups and downs during our home purchase, I thought it important to tell you that we are truly pleased with the quality of our home, and it's final look. We spoke to our neighbors who bought from your competitors about their experiences and I think it is important that you know Westview Builders stands out as a very high quality builder. You may not hear that enough as I know that you rare a fairly young company in a very tough competitive environment. Both Susan and I have eagerly promoted your product to all that have asked as well to prospective buyers who have driven by and asked about the area.

I would also like to tell you that Cassandra has been an incredible ambassador and helpful team member for you in High River. I have lost count of the number of times she has selflessly helped us out and given solid assistance when we needed it.

My husband & I felt that it was necessary to send a testimonial about our experience with Westview and the building of our custom made home the “Manchester II” here in High River.

After visiting the show home in High River in December of 2008, my husband & I were very impressed by the fact that Westview seemed to be the only builder that we visited that was willing to build a house for us and that we could make any and all changes we wanted without any problems to the plan.

We settled on the lot, and found that the “Manchester II” seemed to be the right size, but we changed the main floor laundry room to a storage room, and the office upstairs to the laundry room with a linen closet.

In the kitchen, we extended the counter out to include enough room for a desktop and space for drawers so that I could have my office in the kitchen.

We changed the center fireplace to a corner fireplace, and the open space above was filled in to make the 4th bedroom for our daughter.

There are many other changes, but with every change that we made, every modification or upgrade, the answer was always the same with Westview, “no problem”.

After taking possession in September 2009, there were very small issues that came up, but every time I called to advise that something needed repair, or taken care of, we always had someone here the same day and the problem was resolved.

All in all, we can truly say that should the day come that we would sell the lovely home that we built here, we would not hesitate to build again with Westview, nor would we ever hesitate to refer anyone to Westview, as they are truly the “Builder of Choice”.

We are very pleased with Westview and wish to thank everyone that was involved in helping us to turn a house into a “home”.

Being a WestView Builders Sales Associate and living in a WestView house everyone just assumes I purchased while I was working at the company...but that wasn’t the case. I purchased my WestView home 5 months before I started working at the company. It makes it so much easier in my job knowing that I sell something that I truly believe in. Honestly if I didn’t I couldn’t sell it. As well, it’s a pleasure to be able to see my customers as happy as I was when I took possession of my home.
