Terry was great. He didn't have the part I needed on the original visit. He ordered the part and scheduled a time to install it. The whole process could not have gone smoother. Thank you!

Terry arrived on time and quickly found the problem; he ordered the part from Ontario. He returned 6 days later to install the fan in very short time. We were so pleased that the fridge could be repaired, given that it was 18 years old and we needed a fridge of a "specific" size.
Terry was so pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We have needed both our refrigerator and dishwasher repaired over the past seven months and used Appliance Service Centre both times. We have been very happy with the service.

Appointments were booked quickly. Louis was friendly, efficient, solved the problems quickly and didn't try to upsell , instead looking for ways to minimize our costs.

We highly recommend them and while hope not to need them again any time soon, they would be our first call.

Had an issue with our dryer, Louis quickly found the problem and was able to locate the part and return later for the repair. Very satisfied with the work done!

Discovered water leaking from dishwasher. Called Terry based on previous excellent service on other appliances. He diagnosed the issue and ordered a new sump pump assembly (which is an expensive part). When he returned the next day to uninstall the existing pump, he discovered that the issue was actually just a pump clamp that was improperly fastened during manufacturing. He explained that the new pump (which he had with him) wasn't required and installed just a new clamp. Total cost was a fraction of what I was prepared for. He could have installed the new pump and I would never had known the truth.
Not only is Terry an expert repair technician, he is also extremely honest. I highly recommend him.

Had an issue with our Samsung washer that was intermittent. Washer was not draining properly. Terry came within an hour of our first call but then we could not cause the issue to reappear so Terry left. Within 2 hours the problem reoccurred so we called back. Terry came back again within an hour, diagnosed the issue to be the drain pump, had one in his truck and replaced the pump in record time. Charge for the pump was very reasonable! Also find Terry to be a very friendly and competent friend. We will call him again when we need appliance help!
