Appliance Service Centre

Our Samsung washing machine was not running into the high speed spin cycle. Terry came out and did a thorough test and investigation. The result? After checking all the usual suspects (wires, drive, balance), he found that the likely cause was the weighted bearings being seized in the drum, throwing it out of balance as speeds increased - the problem for it not getting through the spin cycle. The only solution was to order an install a new drum for $800 (which he recommended against). After asking for and getting an opinion on "what do you have in your house", I am the proud owner of a different brand washer. Terry was fantastic. Showed up on time, was thorough, pleasant and kind. I will use the Appliance Service Centre for all appliance service going forward.

Our dryer was making a loud rumbling noise and the sound was getting progressively louder. I spoke with Terry by phone who arranged for a technician to come and diagnose and fix the issue. I was given a date and time with a 2 hour window. David arrived on time and was very pleasant and very knowledgeable and got right to work in solving and fixing the issue. I would recommend this company 100%. It seems like a rarity these days that companies actually treat you with respect and do what they say as well as give you a fair and honest quote and honour that quote. Way to go Appliance Service Centre!!

I was extremely pleased with the fast, highly professional response of Appliance Service Centre in responding to my fridge repair. Booking was fast and professional for next day service. Email confirmation with 2-hour visit window. Technician arrived minutes before the booking window and resolved the problem with instock parts. Very affordable repair, finished with email confirmation and receipt. We will call upon Appliance Service Centre again if there is a need, and will refer ASC to friends and family in the meantime.

Called in the morning, service man looked at stove in the afternoon and the repairs were done 2 days later.

The company and its employees were excellent to deal with. From the initial phone call, to appointment, everything was seamless.
The technician was pleasant, and punctual. There were no high-pressure sales by the company, and I felt like my needs were all that mattered for a couple of hours.

Required parts are on order. Should arrive early February,2022.
We are glad that for an estimated total cost of$360 we will have our basic dishwasher working again.

Terry was prompt and knowledgable. I needed a new motor and draining tube. My fridge was leaking water and the motor died. He replaced both parts and my fridge is now working perfectly. Thanks so much.

Washer made loud banging when on. After inspection broken part was out in 15minutes. Once part arrived new one was installed real quick

Suddenly the oven did not work. Booked a service call with Appliance Service Centre because of 2 good experiences previously (stove and fridge). Problem fixed in short order. Still a happy customer!

The appliance centre replied very rapidly to my phone call and Terry came the next day. The drain was clogged and although it seemed clear when Terry left, he returned the second time when the problem reappeared because of a different but related difficulty. No charge and rapid response.
Terry took the time to rate our dishwasher and explain some of the issues that arise with a Bosch. Really appreciated the information. The machine is working very well now.
